I've more than one bad experience with alba, and I dont intend to give them a chance to sell me junk again. Sure thier stuff looks pretty, and the customer service has its good moments, but the quality of the parts that they actually make themselves if not up to par. Alba gets a great wrap for selling lots of other manufacturers parts under their own name, or under no name at all, making you think that its an Alba product.
I wont mention thier obnoxiously loud, mildly effective, and less than durable pipes.
JMO and experiences. If you dont feel the same way, thats fine with me, I'm glad everything went well.

I have never ordered from then because I can always find the same product cheaper elsewhere.

I agree that their pipes are ****. However, I have had them quote me several products (pro-flow kit, case saver, skid plate) way under what I could get it for from my dealer or rockymountain. I get a constant discount though. As far as selling other products as their own, all distributors have been guilty of that. Hell, take the foam out of a THOR helmet and the pads say HJC. Anyway, I have had good service from Alba. I'm sorry yours wasn't the same. Happy Riding.

I was looking for valve springs for the raptor last night. Alba has the kw springs for about 165, Magic Racing has them for 135. Magic is very close to me and I get ground shipments in 1-2 days. I have found cheaper prices there than at rockymountain, ripper racing, motoman, nacs, and many other places. I'm very happy with their service and they always have answers to my questions.
