i disconnected the tors system buy cutting the wires and now when i go through a puddle the bike seems to be on cruise control! i am fully of the throttle but the bike still goes like i am holding the throttle steady any help!

 

The TORS cannot do that. Sounds like your thumb lever is returning to idle but the carbs aren't. Perhaps the cable is sticking???
