warrior probs

Default warrior probs

i have a 95 warrior and whenever i get to full throttle it starts to cough. Iv heard that its a rev limitor and iv also heard it was floating but whatever it is its really hurting me i cant even beat my friends 300ex [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]
can someone plz help me.

Warriors dont have a rev limiter, they have natural rev limiters which would be the floating, but maybe you need to check into rebuilding your engine or something

whats it cost to do somehting like that and if really expenseve is there any thing else i can do??
And is it true that if you quad is 10 years old places wont work in it anymore??

No its not true but it might need a fresh rebuild. It was like 400 or 500 do get a rebuild on my trailblazer. It also depends if you want to or need to have it bored out then you would need and oversized piston, etc.

maybe just clean out your carberator. u can buy spray stuff that you just spray in there i think its like 6 bucks

I agree with the carb clean, dirt in the carb can cause lean or rich conditions and affect performance badly. Also check for sloppy valves, if they are out of adjustment, that can make a difference,too. Something as simple as a worn plug can also make a big difference, try a fresh one.
