putting 12.1 piston and one of these two cams in my bike just wondering everyones opinions on them also looking for a midrange cam

A hot cam would be good then. Stage 1 is a midrange type cam.

With your mods i would go, valve springs ( if you do not have them) and a stage 2 Hotcams
