okay, was pushing my quad out the garage the other day and found out it was in gear...so i held the clutch in and pushed but for some reason it was holding back and made it a little hard to push, so i put it in neutral and pushed it....no resistance, i dont think its my clutch but what do you guys think?

What you describe is completely normal. It is the clutch dragging when cold.
As parked, you drop the thing in gear and push it around with the clutch pulled, you will tire quickly. Put it in nuetral to push it around or you push against the clutch drag when in gear.
If you start and idle the machine cold, you can pull in the clutch and pump it a couple of times. If your sharp you will note the difference after a few pumps of the clutch and a noise and vibration will have smoothed out as the clutch pack and drive stuff has "gelled" and t his clutch binding will have gone away. But parked, cold, there will be this "tension", it's cool, chill, Put it in nuetral. It's completely normal.
