That Banshee was a 420 Powervalved T Rex if memory serves.

Hey ClutchOlds,... this is the tattooed dude on the yellow trike. Glad to hear you got a swinger for that beast!! Now you can really get crazy.

sounds awesome.

looks like it needs lower gearing though. streetbike motors don't have a lot of lowend torque, but they have high RPM power. get the motor running more in it's powerband and you'll be a lot faster.

biggerisbetter will have a 4-cylinder DS650 you can race.

You need to go to the Beaver Dunes Races Sunday October 3rd. Cash prize for 1st place-3rd places, and you get her tuned in, youll have a shot. Ill be there to watch, and possably race if I get my big motor done in time. Oh, those races are in Beaver Oklahoma.... seriously think about coming.. its a good time.

Thats pretty cool. You even play in the dunes with it. That Banshee is toast when you get to where you're not afraid of flipping it over. The extended swing will help. Did you ever get out of second gear in those drags? The only other quad I've seen with the R1 motor never got out of second gear and was hauling butt. Nothing could stay close. Harnessing the power and getting it to the ground is key. Alot of tire spin I'd think. Time for taller tires say 24" and 12-14 paddles imo.
