they just made it so if u get caught riding an atv any where other than private property(that u have permission to be on) they confinscate ur quad and charge u 185$ plus an addition 10$ a day storage fee and on ur second offence they confinscate it and keep it permanatly....so it will become a cop quad




im not sure if ill be able to get an atv now

here in SC if you get cought riding one they ride with you :-/

ive never been told i couldn't ride anywhere, i ride on construction property (when they're not working) and i have no trouble with anyone, neighbors dont like riding in the street but thats understandible...

get a fast ATV and open it up when they try to get you, run boy run!

 

pocket bikes and mopeds and scooters have the same punishment to





they are trying to do it to electric powered stuff now to (powerwheels, scooters, ect.)

 

get somethin fast they cant take it from you if they cant catch you .lol

ya man,the same crap has happened in WV,we cant ride anywheres now except the track,and private property with permission,and running from the cops isnt a good idea,ive done it u get away but ur scared as hell in the next days

 

i thought they let you ride through the towns in WV like on the hatfeild mcCoy trails

 

In my part of WV you can ride about anywhere you want.
Even in some towns.

 

Thats when you let the cop(s) know that it is a small tow and you know where they live.......

 

i dont remember what town it is in massachusetts,but some one told me if they catch you and your unregistered and dont have permisson to be there they take your machine and auction it off and use the money to but atv's for the police,not sure how true it is..
