good deal or not need your help

it is a 1991 or 1992 490 yamaha dirt bike new plastics brand new tires(front and rear) runs good and starts every time he wants 1000 but i got him down to 800 good deal?

Didnt know that they made a 490 in the early 90's if so then yeah I would think so.
