swing arm bolt... HELP PLEASE
#11
I better clarify that. DONT cut the swing arm. Slide the blade along side it between the frame and bushing. then drive the bolty outta the swing after its off.

I had that happen also. The bolt was stuck in the race. I cut off both ends of the bolt to get the swing arm off. Then I used a Sledge hammer to knock the bolt out of the race. I was putting wd-40 on it the whole time. It took 4 hours of pounding on it in the vice to get it. I did save the race though.

I had the same exact problem i ended up buying a new bolt you have 2 options.
1.If you want to save the bolt get WD-40 and spray like no tomorrow next get an impact gun and try turning even if it dosent come out the liquid from the Wd should run through all the bolt making it easier.
2. This is what i did i took a a bolt that would have the same diameter of the bolt in the swing arm and hammer it until it came out it is the easiest way to get it out and fastest but you will have to buy a new one. And get ready to sweat because you will have to hammer alot the bolt.

Oh almost forgot dont use a cheap small hammer find the biggest and toughest hammer you can find and hammer away until you see the bolt coming off.
Goodluck though i have done many repairs on my warrior but this has been the hardest thing i had to replace on the warrior.
