voodoo, you say im blinded by stupidity. But its you thats blinded by your ignorance.

I think every guy on this forum can vouch that the 450, both honda and yamaha will win on the mx track, and xc. There is also a 450cc crf in california that goes to glamis, dumont, and pismo that straight hands every raptor its ****. And that is no joke. Feel free to ask any of the trinity, craycraft, kenz, it dont matter. So the potential is there.

does a wrx own a corvette? Thanks for proving my point. size for size a wxr is an awesome car.

sorry if you took it the wrong way...Don't be blinded....is what I said

the 660 engine has much more potential than a 450 imo

just like a v-8 has more potential than a 4 cyl

use whatever word you want in place of potential...but you no where I am coming from and I dont mean to argue my point

maybe cause the rules in place won't allow anything larger than a 450...maybe not

don't be blinded by stupidity

do the 450's own a 686?

does a 4 cylinder suburu wrx ti own a corvette?

just because yamaha tuned down there 660 due to liability reasons does not mean it cant smoke a 450 in a drag

the 450's are designed for the quick accelerations that are demanded on the track

if you change the gearing on a 660 and race a 450 in the 1/4 mile....the 660 will smoke it

anyway....nothing against the 450's as they work very well....but there is no replacement for displacement

and don't hold it against some1 for wanting the bigger engines

just look at street bikes....I know many friends who race 600's and can smoke the 1000's on tracks with lots of turns due to the better handling and lighter weight...but on the straightaways they get smoked....that does not mean that the 600's own the 1000's in any way
Ive actually seen a 2004 wrx sti beat a 03 vette. The wrx is much lighter and is pushing 300 HP. The wrx will also hook up much better then the vette because it is awd. The vette will beat the wrx top speed though but the wrx holds its own against the vette.

well i dont care what anyone says about the 450's and the 660..because i know they are both good quads.. i have no shame watching them beat me in short drags.. and they have no shame watching me smoke them in long drags...be happy with what u have and ride safely

I have learned to become a ATV mechanic owning a Yamaha and proud of it.

If I owned the Honda I wouln't know how to fix it...
