Is it possible to make a 4 stroke atv ACT EXACTLY like the 2 stroke Banshee atv? How?

No, it is a fact unless you can do 60 mph in 300 feet your are not going to beat a modded prairie.
Not many sports have the horses to do it.
And these 70-78 mph claims top speed are just that, Claims.
In 300-500 feet a p700 with a dg3 or dynatek cdi will kick butt on any sport under 450 cc.
Last sport I raced was a the Honda ex 400 and it was a 5 length win and that was letting off'
He had new White Brother pipes and custom air box.
Your, Z440 never raced but I think
can not reach 60 mph in 300 feet. Your *** gets wiped by a utility.

you do know a 400ex is like the slowest sport quad out there nowa days... right? a z440 would have more than 5 lenths on a piped 400 ex.

LOL not to be a d!ck....but I would not hesitate to put $$$ on 300ft vs that Prairie in your sig, and thats no joke. I'd like to see that Prairie reach 60MPH on sand in 300ft.

shee have 54 mm stroke and so piston bore, for a 350cc it is just
awsome powerband,i think to make a thumper act like a 2 stroke,you`'ll
need a even shorter stroke to make it feel like 13000-14000 rpm to
put the extra rotating mass of the 4 stroke in the long run for faster top speed, just as racer bike, but it would be very hard on a single cylinder thumper to do so,an 4 stroke need to spin twice as much
a 2 stroke to get all the power in the upper range and make great
flat power then.

So your saying that you can beat a banshee, Yfz450, 450R, but not a Raptor? Anything under 450cc? What are you talking about. Oh yeah I have a whole gear on a rap, so I guess I hit 85? no, maybe 78-80.

this thread was started by a retard and I can't believe that all of yall are even posting in it. I'd also like to add that I have seen a few stock prarie 700's hand a few stock z400's their ***. The z400 is hardly a high performance quad stock. You need a 440 with the works just to break 40hp lol.

he said he beat a 400 ex by 5 lenghs.... there for a z440 would beat him.. as well as any YFZ...
obviously a z440 will beat a stock bore 400 ex... but that was my point.

Well if you agree a 400ex can be beat by a big bore p-700 twin modded, with ease I should say.
A 440 would be at best , a tie.
I have a co-worker that has a raptor and we have not been able to hook up yet.
I know he can beat my prairie top end but would love to race 1/8 mile.
He keeps avoiding me I think.
I have a dirt track and with mudlights and ITP series 6 rims can hit 60 mph in 300 feet.
This is with all the mods. Prior all I could do was 52 mph.
Big difference with dg3, degree key dg snorkel, and twinair filter
The original question of the thread " Is it possible to make a 4 stroke atv ACT EXACTLY like the 2 stroke Banshee atv? How?
All I know is a v-twin is as close as you can get on low end, power. It fires on two cylinders.
A Banshee fires once every revolution on a single cylinder. A 4 stroke fires every other revolution but when you have duals with a twin it is firing just as much as a single two stroke.
A v-8 or v-10, 12 etc. fires even more. Found in trucks and cars.
Cubic inches, cc has a lot to do with hp.
HP at rear wheels and weight is all that counts.
