160-165 jetting
fuel level about 8mm above seam
right now at about 3000 rpm it sounds like packing peanuts poping, only in midrange
carbs clean, boots good, floats/choke not sticking
i need to know where to go from here before i call someone
stock exhaust no baffel, pro design filter

adjusted the fuel screws over a dozen times!

what slot are your needle clips on?
can you get past the popping to higher rpm where it will smooth out?
are your slides moving without any obstructions?

did you remove the rubber tabs inside the snorkel to allow more air?

Are you still using the stock airfilter setup?

prodesign foam air filter and ive been testing it without the lid, even with no exhaust to elimate restriction problems

dont run no exhaust,,,,,maybe take out the stock baffle

leave the airbox intact for now(to avoid turbulence/lean conditions),,,,and cut the rubber tabs out of the snorkle on the airbox lid
I would also bump the clips down 1 position on the needles

So you just bought a couple of bigger jets and a pro-flow intake,,,right?

Are your valves within their limits?

Mid range popping, I'd figure your needles need to be adjusted.

i only took off the exhaust to see if it was restricting the flow too much and it wasent, still running w/o the baffle
i cut off the tabs awhile back
ive only recently bought the jets the airfilter ive had for over a year or two
the valves were adjusted by a dealer awhile back and i made sure it was right by checking the compression after i got it back

cleaned the carb again and blew out the jets with compressor

when i give it full throttle it sputters like its not getting enough fuel, black smoke comes out after a sputter
