when you take off it goes and then chokes down

Whats been done lately? Has it been tipped over? Oil change? Oil level low? Air filter been cleaned and lubed?
Try to identify the oil. Is it motor oil, air filter oil, or even rear end lube?
The bog could be clutching or carb. Does it choke down in nuetral also? Does pressing the override button help out? Does putting on the choke help..or make it worse? Does taking off the air box lid, make it better or worse?
