I recently bored my blaster cylinder .020 and got wiseco piston and rings, and installed them along with a reed spacer. Is it possible that you can put 2 stroke ring in upside down??? Cause when i put the new stuff in, it started up 1st kick and i have been riding it for a while and then someone informed me that the rings could be upside down???? Let me know what you guys think....Thanx.

 

Umm...No, Rings only go one way. So iof it runs good someone thinks you did something wrong? Hmm... Nah your fine dude.

some 2 stroke the rings are directional, but not on a blaster either side up is fine.

 

Wesico rings for a blaster arn't directional. You can put them in either side up and it'll be fine.

 

But as long as we have you nervous about the rings......did you make sure they are on the staggering pins and checked the gap??? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

like that first kick starting thing on a new piston. when i had the blaster i would hate the thing and then i would put a new piston and 1 -2 kicks and i would like it again
