Default Problems installing GYTR pipe....

They come with these obnoxious hangers that dont line up hole wise when its put together and its making me madder than a ****. Also its a slip on and there is a muffler gasket that fits on there and when im trying to put this damn muffler on it moves which is destroying this gasket. Any help please?!!

Slow down, take a breather man. Step back and calm down. If you get too bent out of shape you will break $hit. I know those pipes are a hard fit. You may have to move the pipe forward or backward some to adjust the fit. If the gasket is torn a little it should still be ok if you clamp it good.

You can do it, now.......Git er done!

I never understood that either. You would THINK that the GYTR stuff would install the easiest on a yamaha quad, but its like the most difficult!
I had a raptor 660 with the GYTR full setup, and I hear that the YFZ GYTR is just as difficult to install too!

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why yami doesnt make gyt-r banshee and blaster pipes? Also, if you wanna really drive yourself insane, try getting the pipes off a banshee. The springs that hold the pipe to the exhaust manifold are so tight its a wonder they're on there to begin with. And the pipes themselves are so big that the frame is in your way the whole time when you're trying to take them off.

You guys are not going to believe this newbie azz shista. I was trying to put the hangers on with the "stock" bolts not realizing that there were longer bolts in the bag. Teach me to check everything before installing. Once I figured this out it was a cinch! Thanks for the advices!
