remove frame bolts

I just received my carbon fiber frame gaurds. Only thing is I need to remove the stock bolts. They are hex (6mm) bolts and aren't moving. Any suggestions on the best way to remove these bolts?

An impact driver would probably help but not a must. Use a allen thats in like new condition.
