If you wanna go fast get a banshee, if you dont think you can handle a banshee get a raptor.

Anyway, as for trailbike4me, it depends on how technical these trails are. If you're going to be riding in really open, fast paced areas, (long dirt roads, fire roads, dunes, and very open trails) then a banshee would be a great choice. I must say that between the two a banshee is more of a specialty vehicle, the raptor is much more versatile. Raptors are pretty fast, they have tons of low end torque for slower trails and still have the get-up-and-go when you want to open it up. If you get a banshee you will be clutching your way through most trails in first gear and praying for an open stretch. I love my shee, dont get me wrong, I would never own a raptor, no matter how much you paid me, but I gotta tell it like it is, banshees are for dunes and fast trails, dirt roads, fire roads and things like that, raptors can take pretty much whatever you throw at them and not complain, tight trails, dunes, sometimes even mud. Its up to you. Whatever you decide, happy riding.

well from my experience yes. i have raced Yamaharideronly's 03 raptor against his 03 banshee both stock. i won everytime on the dirt, out of the hole and through all the gears. and on pavement, top speed runs, not even comparable

Wow, you have a zilla and you still think a rap is more of a handful than a shee?

Well now that you've confused me beyond repair I'll just clarify that (if this was in question at all) in my opinion, a shee is a faster i.e. quicker ride than a rap. Throw in a few turns and that'll even it out, but when it comes to straight arm-ripping power the shee has an advantage.
