I have a 93 Banshee with the Toomey T5 pipes, 2:1 airfilter setup, Pro Design Cool Head with 19cc domes and V-Force Delta 2 reeds. Based on this setup, I would like to get some recommendiations on the pilot, main jet and needle setup for 28mm PWK Keihin carbs run at sealevel. Thanks.

I wish I could help, but i'm runing a 2-1 pipe with my 28pwks. Word of advice, they tell you that they will set them up for you when you order them. just tell them your mods and all is well. I have yet to see them be right. But sometimes they are close. Try them out and see what you need to change.

First I got a question how did you get the 2-1 to fit? Had one and tried and tried and couldn't get it to go on. Ok now here in Vegas I run the needle in the 4th clip with a 50 pilot, and a 142 main, and the air screws at 1 1/2 but thats at 2200 ft. For dumont I was told to go to a 148 main with a 52 pilot because of the heat and allitude. I think the setup he gave me for dumont should get you close, but haven't had a chance to ride there yet. The jetting he gave me for Vegas seems to be real close.

Thats a starting point
Hope Ive helped

magic trick with fitting the 2-1 pipe is high temp silicon. Smear it on, and try to put hook those darn springs on. It seals up pretty nice.
