It looks like he cited you for a local City or County ordinance violation. Be lucky he saw it there and didn't come to your house to take a stolen quad report. Show some respect. And good advice about throwing the citation away. Just make matters worse. BE RESPONSIBLE, find out why they cited you. Then if you want to dispute it, find out how to do it properly.

He prolly drove by when i started it up the ngiht b4.. the quad was outside because when my dad put 2 of our (5) tractors in the garage he put them in in a way that i would have to rearrange them and would make ALOT of noise and it was late and i didn't wanna **** neone else off..... they are suppose to be here ANY min and they reason i got it is it has no plates and the VIN is registered in IL

 

oo yea and my quad... it was parked to where u couldn't see it going either way and could BARILY see it form the road(15-20 ft away)

ummm i would check how loud your quad is it could be under the level of nosie for your town in which cas ethe ticket will be thorwn out or basicaly you win in a court argument but ti may be cheap to jsut pay then miss a day at work

 

it's NOT a ticket it's a parking violation...

 

and the guy who put it on has only been here for a week and he's a noob to the force(or w/e there calling it nowadays)
