LOL!! I fell like I am going to bend the frame!! I couldnt find a damn thing to use on that so I grinded down an old hammer to make it fit in there and it works great but no leverage, either going to bend the frame or break the hammer!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

you can tap it out with a chisel but then will need a new nut on re-install, no heat needed.
We've made our own tool now, get you a bolt from the local hardware with a head that fits in the nut, weld a nut on the other end and put a 1/2 drive ratchet on it and it is easily installed or removed.

I removed mine with a hammer and a flat blade screwdriver. Just put the screwdriver into the corner of the hex nut and tap it until it turns a little. Keep moving the screwdriver to the next corner of the hex nut and work that sucker out of there. I didn't beat up the nut too bad, it could be re-used.
