Once they are gnarred...all it takes is for the wrist pin to lock onto the connecting rod long enough for the friction to normally break the rod at the oil holes at the top of the rod..It could happen anytime or it may not happen at all....Using a good oil additive like Lucas or something along those lines might be a good idea....2 quarts of your normal oil then add the remaining.2 quarts of a good oil additive.Keeps everything slick.IMO.

Scary!

Sometimes I think I should have just bought a new YFZ450.

he smiles to himself as he realizes a brand new 4mm stroker crank for a banshee is cheaper than making a stock raptor crank hold together properly. he wishes he had the money some of these raptor guys have to make their raptors fast 60hp "torque monsters". roosthrower is content though with his current 65hp banshee. it's cosmetics for my banshee from here on out. inside they know that their money would have been better spent elsewhere, but in denial, they attack me after reading this.

No attacks, just laughing. Some people just like to throw thier money into something else. If you want to be the fastest in a straight line, you buy and mod a banshee. If you buy anything else, you just have to understand that you will eventually be beaten by a banshee.

Yeah!... But at least you don't smell like a burnt down yama-lube factory after riding a Raptor.

(That 2-stoke smell turns the babes off at the local OHV recreational area bar)

Not as much as the dirt all over your face from being roosted.

some people just don't like Banshees..I have never been beaten by a Banshee because I have never raced a Banshee...Maddog is rite...I only race my own class...I love to watch the shee's run...they are screamers but just not my style...I think they are ugly but that is only my opinion.Who cares what I think anyway.
