With oil injector off you run the mix at 32:1. I have a 96 Blaster.
Bored 030 over
cyl ported and polished (by me Banzai Enterprses)
Head milled
Stock carb rejeted, works great, but may be getting a 30mm soon
hi performance reeds with spacer
K&N in stock modified air box, top modified
Allien exhaust
Quad completley rebuilt
Yellow plastic / black frame
douglas wheels
titen tires
2 1/2 swing arm extenshion
Nerf bars, f bumper, grab bar by Banzai Enterprises
Amsoil in gear box
Amsoil in gas/oil mix

Depends. What oil are you going to be using? If your mixing with synthetic then you might want to go to a 40:1 ratio. Synthetic oil is alot thicker, so you need less to do the job. Also it will kind of mask the spark and your engine might have a studder to it on the top end. If your not going to be using synthetic oil then you'll be fine with 32:1.
