I was rideing yesterday and chain came off. I notices it was really loose when i put it back on. Then today i tightened it and was rideing today and it popped off again. This time breaking the top bolt hole for the case saver. What can i do about that? Can it be welded? Why does the chain keep falling off? The teeth on the rear sprocket look good do i need a new one? Any help would be great. Thanks

 

Check your axle bearings

 

if chain is tightened improperly this causes the axle to be off allignment cause the sproket to not roll stright which will cause the chain to pop

 

I just put new axel bearing in a few months ago. I had the chain adjusted properly. not sure what to do about the broken tab? Think i need a new sprocket? It looks fine. Any one have a pic of there axel nuts not sur if i put them on right way or if that would make that big of a difference.
