its alive whoohahahahahahahaaaaaa
after about 12 hours of work we finaly got my beartracker back together heres what we did to it
rebuilt top end
new oil pump
all new bearings on the inside
K&N oil filter
new second gear
all new shift forks
replaced all the o rings
adjusted valves
and replaced all the gaskets but that is a givin
now this may seem like an easy chore to some of you. none of us had pulled apart a motorcycle engine bottom end. me and dad work on the farm tractors and the other guy works on cars. but we did it and it works good. oh yeah do any of you know of a company that makes and after market bumper for the beartracker the front bumper is a mess and they are really weak so i need to know if the aftermarket ones hold up the front of the racks like the stock ones thanks in advance
