QUAD FELL OFF TRAILER, LOOKS TOTALED, NEED ADVICE.
#1
dang, we went riding like 4 of my friends and i his dad took us to there uncles gravel pit it was pretty nice riding, some good hills, good jumps, a really deep pond 40 plus feet to swim in, then we went home in a separate car then the truck with the quads, so we get back to the house, and his dad calls and says one of the quads fell off the yamaha in the front i was like nice try, im not falling for this, so he pulls up my blaster is so f'ed up it wasnt even funny, the handle bars are bent, the key is bent in so i cant get it out, the plastics survived, the axle is bent, he said the parking break wasnt on and that it flew like 300 feet into a field, and these guys were going to pick it up,but there was a huge a$$ tie down on it so i dont get how it came off, but the question i have is does anybody know if the insurance on the truck will cover this, cuz if not i dont have the money to get it fixed, can you guys tell me if its covered, and do you think that the frame is bent.

do you have insurance.. on the quad/? I mean at best you could say something went wrong on the truck causing the atv to fall off. .. but. if all else fails just at least try to claim it under insurance.

If the truck has full coverage insurance it should cover the trailer and the cargo as long as the owner/driver is not being paid. Hopefully the quad and the truck(tow vehicle) are registered in different names. I know my insurance covers anything I haul as long as I'm not commercial.

it may not really be worth it after the deductable. i mean u have 2000 in damage say, and ur deductable is 1500, your only gettin 500, is the claim worth it? ask the questions...
