I want to polish my white brothers scilencer.. i want it to shine!! What kind of products are the best.. Do i use sand paper or wire mesh or wire brush? also after that what products are the best and where can i get them.. are they expensive?

once the rough surface is off flitz with the buff ball works good to make it shine.

 

Try Mothers wheel polish, it works great on alum wheels, so why not alum pipes? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Do i sand paper it or how do i make it course?

 

Try coarse to fine steel sand paper, work your way down to finer stuff.

 

Flitz works good and if you use steel wool, I would use 0000 steel wool.

 

Try www.caswellplating.com upper left corner click( pick a kit)...You can also see my R-4 polished in my pics ....first I wet sanded it with 400 for about an hour to get off all the rough lines...then 600 for another hour to get out the 400 grit scratches...then 800 for 1/2 hour to get out the 600 scratches...then I hit it with the cutting wheel......first the ebony compound, then the brown, then the white and then a final with rouge for that high gloss with the buffing wheel.
