Warrior no Spark

Default Warrior no Spark

i played with the connections ...still no start.....what should i start buying first?

are yo usure it aint a fuse? double check or triple check them... take a VOM and check the wires find where there's elctricity and where there isn't and if their isn't replace it

first start at the battery when work your way throghu the system checking in segments

I had a similar problem. It turns over but it wont fire right? can you tow it to start? if so im gonna go out on a limb and say stator. My see if there is a way to test that thing. Cuz thats what it was on mine after i replaced everybit of electronix on it.

yea it turns but no fire.........even heard it back fire acouple times.....

Thats what mine did. Turned over and over and over and wouldnt fire. But you could roll start it. Like i said though i dont know how to diagnose that its actually the stator. i just figured it out by replacing everything else. Wiring harness, Coil, Relays, Rectifier, CDI, Battery, and finally the Stator and i assembled it hit the start button and it started better than it ever had.

the stator? .....i would think the coil/cdi would be the first things to check no?

Im pretty sure the stator($160) is cheaper than the CDI. you could test your coil and trace your wires in your harnes and make sure none are rubbed raw anywhere.

can these things be checked with a testerlight or do i need somethin else?

yea it can bge tested check to see if there is nething pasing throguh the stator...(electricity)
