I would just advertise in the paper, and papershop, and stuff like that. I would also keep it by the road at my house with a for sale sign on it(chained to something of course)

1999 YAMAHA BANSHEE, new chain sprockets, rear brakes, billet clutch basket, lone star, extended swing arm, billet axle carrier motor, needs rebuild (topend) $1900
1998 YAMAHA BANSHEE, Toomey pipes, Cool head, Works shocks, carb kit, K&N filter, Durablue axle, runs excellent, $2,400
1992 YAMAHA, YZF350A Banshee, looks and runs good, pro circuit pipe and silencers, ac bumper, renthal handlebars, and new plastics in front, $2000 obo
Thats just with a quick search on one website. I'm sure if you check your local auto trader you will find more. If you can spend 400 on your bike, you can probably sell it and come close to, or be able to, afford a used shee.

A 650 conversion like I did in my Warrior is no where near a "drop-in" . Lot's of time and $ , the frame has to be cut and re-fabbed in a few places, and from there it is one fab after another, not a shade-tree job to say the least, now days you can buy something with similar h/p vs. doing what I did, but I just worked with what I had when I did it; which was back before there were any ATV's more than 400cc's, I was running a 650+ cc quad before the mfg.'s stepped up to the plate with the Raptor and DS, and I still hold my own with my old out-dated air-cooled motor.
