I have a 2004 Yamaha Raptor 660. I know how to ride it pretty well. But I have no idea about anything that I can do for modding it. I do understand what everything does, exhaust, intake so on but I don't know how much it does and what are good brands. So I have a good amount of questions.

What is the best thing to start off when modding?
What exactly does jetting your carb do?
What kind of options do I have for intake systems?
Which intake system do you guys recommend?
What options do I have for exhaust system?
Which ones would you recommend that are not extremely expensive?
What are the results, HP ant Torque increases, of exhaust, jetting, intake so on?
Would running higher octane gas, stock give you more power? How about when modded?

I'll probably think of more but here are some to start off with.

Welcome, All i can say is search the forums, ther are plenty of posts like this one and most people will just tell ya, pipe, jet, filter, tires and rims, there the cheapest with good results. good luck
