Rapto 660 vs. Grizzley 660
Hey Skoolboy, I'm 250 and have no problem with the extra size of a griz. I know that the price difference form the Kod 450 to the Griz is minimal at the local dealer here. Once you ride either one a few times, you'll get used to its size.
I say go for the Grizz.

to me, there is no choise there. for the few dollars more, you get more power, with the same ride! not alot of differance in the weight, so why underpower yourself. getting off a raptor onto a kodiak would just suck, lol
sell the raptor outright, and shop around for the griz! i would not pay over 6600.00 out the door including a wench for one. i have seen and heard of people getting them for as low as 6200.00 out the door.
good luck

One women that I ride with has a Griz and she weighs about 110 pds. It isn't stupid powerful. It won' t come up on a steep uphill unless you want it to. It still takes a lot of throttle to get the full force out of the engine. I wouldn't worry about it too much. And yess it is the king of hill climbing in its class. Un-freaken believable. I have done hill climbs that will curl your toes and the griz will walk right up and lift off the ground at the top, but only if you want it too. I love to come off the gas at just the right time at the top and then it seems to float for a second in the air before it gently comes down.

Glad I could help! I would look into better tires because nobody likes the stockers. Alot of dealers will take them against a better set. I really love my dirt devils. I almost never put it in 4 wd, even in 18" deep mud. The stiffer side walls help with stability on off cambers and in fast corners.
