Rapto 660 vs. Grizzley 660
I dont see the paperwork.... they have a shift quadrant like a car, h, l, n,r,p. very cool.
nothing to worry about. as a friend said, ven someone light can handles it. It just FEELS big after sitting on a raptor or a blaster.
torque: we usuallly ride them in HIGH around the shop, but they have "LOW" as well hehe. best to chat with an owner on that one, i havent tried it. even in high its no slouch!

hey i went to yamaha.com and looked some stuff up for ya i will copy it
Everything In the Forest Trembles
The Grizzly® 660 may be the toughest, number-one-selling, big-bore ATV out there, but its pleasant disposition might surprise you.
Long-travel four-wheel independent suspension, a full-size chassis, 12-function LCD instrumentation, an all day-comfortable seat and plenty of effortless full-auto power render it almost luxuriously plush - not too plush, though, to have been named Hunting Illustrated magazine's ATV of the Year.
Watch the teeth: powerful 660cc five-valve engine, Ultramatic™ transmission, Diff Lock with Override and 11.8-inch ground clearance mean this bear can outrun almost anything. Not that it needs to.
Add to the roster of features -
Triple hydraulic disc brakes with front and rear independent controls
Sturdy, powdercoated, wrinkle-finish steel front and rear racks
Electric start with backup recoil starter
Standard hitch with 1,212-pound capacity
Winch mounting tabs
... just to name a few.
But we’re just getting warmed up here, so why don’t you visit the Features & Benefits page to get a closer look at the Grizzly 660’s list of incredible features. Rest assured, you won’t find a more capable — or better-looking — ATV anywhere on earth.
Manufacturer's Sugg. Retail Price...$7,199 - $7,499*

Rapto 660 vs. Grizzley 660
If your old lady trashes herself on the griz, then she should not be on any quad. there is a limit to all quads, and also with the griz. if you try to go streight up, and it comes over on ya, it will break bones. if you try over driving it, it will bite back! with all that said, it is quite easy to ride. power is all in the throttle. if you floor it, you'l go good. but, you can also ride at 1 mph with no problem. great tranny on the griz, so its just at the will of the thumb.
out the door price, with a plow and wench. i would get the wench instead of the plow becouse the plow is cheaper to buy later, but a wench is a must if you bury it. you aint gunna drag the griz out of a mud pit like you can a raptor! so, like i typed before, i would not pay more than $6,600.00 out the door for a 2005 griz. that is with the wench, but not installed. with the wench installed, i would go no higher than $6,900.00 to pay more than that is to not find the best deal. there are some on here that got theres for as little as $6200.00 out the door. it is all about shopping around!
good luck man
