Default what is the best exhaust for a wolverine

I have just put on some 25" mud lites. I dont realy care about top end realy. I want more mid and low end tourq if there is an increase in high end thats ok. I don't want it to be to much louder than stock. some improve throtel responce would be nice too. and I want the best pipe I can get under 250. please list all the options you would consider. I want it to resod as if it still had the 23" tires on it, if posible.

thanks!!

I would suggest the hmf utility, and a new filter, and rejet! The hmf might be a little louder than what you want, Idk, maybe the suppertrapp 2. Both of these pipes will give you minimal top end, but you will gain more low end h.p. With the re-jet and filter combined with the pipe, you will gain back what you lost with the 25's, maybe more! Just my 2 pennies
