I have an 01 Rappy, with full FMF exhaust, and stage two Dynojet kit. The thing runs perfect. I followed Dyno-Jets instructions to a tee,,146/148 mains, needle on the third clip ,and cut the fins out of the airbox snorkle. Give this a shot,,,it should work. Oh yea,,3 turns out on the air screw.

Also, make sure the floats are set correctly.

IMO, removal of the air box should'nt have anything to do with the float level. I'd try to set the float level right at, or just a fuzz above the mating surface,,where the bowl meets the carb body.

Did Dyno-Jet recommend the size jets that you installed? 146/148 are the correct sizes for my application.

yea they said 170/175 but man thats too big so thats why i'm asking you guys and also do you run a pro flow or a regular filter plus i'm reading the plug at the base of the ring thats where you supposed to judge the jetting at and also the little metal piece that comes off the top threads over the spark plug that gets fire it is greyish/white color what does that mean
