Can you help me with 3 things?

FIRST: Supension settings, im 230lbs and I have the springs set to the stiffest, what are your settings?

SECOND: Jetting, I ride in Canada around 500ft to 1200ft above sea level, with a K&N filter, do I need to re-jet fron Stock?

THIRD: What would happen if I removed the spark arrester? Would I get more power and would it sound like S%&t?

1 top or second from top more ground clearance
2 i had a 150 jet with only a k&n filter and stock exhaust needle clip in middle position for good color on plug
3 after market exhaust are nice more flow than stock, if you do this one definetly use a quality jet kit for full potential out of your machine

My suspension is the stock setting and I think they are stiff, but when I jump it it soaks it up pretty well.

Try a search for spark plugs and jetting, there is a lot of useful information to be picked up.
