Default LOnestar or RPM Dominator axles?... others at all?

Which axles are better? WHich are the prices? The Dominator has +5 inches what is the Lonestar? One of my buds has the RPM just installed today and my other friend has the Lonestar.. THe dominator was about 450 from the factory!!! Anywhere cheaper? He got it with the warrenty and all.. RPM has a lifetime no matter what warrenty what does the Lonestar have?

Any other brands i should look at... I Race MX so it has to be STRONGGGG!!!!

I would go RPM all the way. If u get it right from RPM or from nacs racing its $409 plus the lock nut which is $59 i think. Hey raptorboy if your not doing anything on friday ill probably be at atco raceway for MX practice you can check out my TCS suspension and RPM axle.

My impression of the axle heierarchy:

Stock
Durablue Heavy Duty
Durablue Eliminator
Lonestar axecaliber
Durablue Eliminator X33 Pin drive (lightest)
RPM Dominator (strongest)

That pretty much follows price as well as strength and quality.

I would start at the Lonestar and go up according to your needs and desires. Unless you are doing some serious jumping, you should be just fine with the lonestar.

I used to have a durablue.. Lost the warrenty card and reciept so i couldn't get a warrenty since it broke! I think im going to go with the RPM axle because its the only one that goes to +5" all the others go to +4 or less.

Hogman.. Where in New Jersey do you live? We should ride somtime!!! Ever hear of Forked River? Any good places to ride near you? Sorry i cant make it to raceway this weekend maybe next.. What kind of riding do you do?

Also How do you like your shocks and where could you buy them? Prices?

If you don't want to worry about your axle bending or breaking, get the RPM. All others are pretty much inferior......if you want to spend less and have the possibility of snapping an axle or bending it, get one of the others.......

I've got a dominator 2+2 on my 04' raptor and I am really hard on it, not to mention I weigh almost 300lbs. Hasn't broken yet, hasn't bent. Works great.

Not sure that that is physically possible, especially if it was on the quad when you bent it...
