Default Blaster has no low end power.

I just re-built the top end. I had the problem with it before the re-build. When I took it apart I found a cracked reed so I assumed that was it. I just installed new boysen reeds, wiseco .20 over piston and all the gaskets. It starts right up and once I get the revs up a bit it pulls hard. Problem is it bogs down so bad on hills or anything with a grade to it I can barely keep it running. Once it dies it starts right back up again. I am thinking it is a carb problem and will probably go through the carb tommorow. Any other ideas? Thanks.

What size jets are you running and what other mods do you have?

Default Blaster has no low end power.

It has the Toomey pipe and jet kit. Like I said, it did this before the pipe and before the motor re-build. The carb is the only thing I haven't touched.

Default Blaster has no low end power.

do a resistance check on the primary ignition coil, disconnect the stator wire and set your meter to 2000 ohms, measure between the black wire and the black wire with a red tracer, you should have 228ohms, if it is less or more your coil is weak and may not be supplying enough power at lower rpms.
