I have a 2002 warrior with a yoshi pipe, no lid, and a clamp on uni air filter and when it is just idling and i hit the gas it just sputters and dies. when i just gradually give it gas it is fine, i changed the main jet to 147.5, do i need to put a bigger pilot jet in? Thanks

 

Try turning your air mixture screw out a 1/4 turn each time until it stops and maybe turn up the idle.

mine did the same thing even when bran NEW if u hit it hard it stalled
