that when they get rid of the 2 stroke blaster they will put the yzf 250 motor in it that would be sweet.

Almost guaranteed, if they cant sell the Blaster anymore they have to fill that spot in their youth ATV lineup. The Blaster is a great selling quad for yamaha and being forced to quit making it (cause of the 2 stroke ban) they will loose alot of money to the compitition if they don't replace it with something for the younger/smaller riders out there. They will either put a 250 or a 200 cc 4 stroke engine in a whole new design or possibly keep the blaster design.

How can you guys think that Yamaha (when forced to stop making something that sells VERY well) wont replace it with another bike? If they do that there is gonna be a huge gap in the youth ATV market for Yamaha which will drive people to buy Honda's, Suzuki's, and etc...obviously they don't wanna do this.

But as with anything like this only time will tell cause Yamaha is very good at keeping their mouths shut.

The blaster won't be going anywhere. Yamaha is only removing the 2-stroke from their line up for people who can't buy them. You guys down in the states are being hit hard with a 2-stroke ban, but everywhere else in the world it's just fine. I've talked to tons of dealers up here in Canada and no one seems to know anything about it. For us, everything will stay the same, but for you, there will just be 2 less quads to drive.

Why would yamaha put a 250 motor in the blaster frame. Yamaha never likes to go small. And that would be like just making another raptor 350. It'b be a waste of time.

And are you talking about the 250f fourstroke or the 250 2 stroke. IF your taling about the two stroke. Why do you think they are stopping the banshee and blaster. It causes too much pollution or sum crap like that. Its stupid what there doin. But they gotta do it. But i have to say. If they werent outlawing 2 strokes, that would be a great idea.
