02 raptor full system jetting

Default 02 raptor full system jetting

02 rappy with full alien system and k and n filter. What are my recomended jetting specs? Elevation @1000.

For an atv with a full exhaust system Dynojet recommends 146 148 jets paired with there aftermarket needles with c-clip on 4 groove from the top.........but a different kit may vary

Also forgot to mention this is for elevations below 3000ft

Default 02 raptor full system jetting

Yam660....thanks the quad is a friends and he's going to be just using stock needles and the stock pilot and just changing out the mains. Mine with just a slip on with kn im running 160-165 2and 3quarter and 3 turns out on the mix screw. Any other suggestions

I have a full FMF system on my 01 Rappy. 146-148, third clip , 3 turns out, runs perfect.

Ever heard of dial a jet it works pretty good i have on a raptor it helps when your at sea level or a pikes peak it doesn't matter

with the lid on, 150/155 might be a good start clip on 3rd or 4th, 3 turns

WIth my dial-a-jet my main jet are 150 and 155 that is with a mod air box and alba exhaust system the only thing suck is on most of the yamaha bikes the head pipe glow red i though it was lean but it wasn't that is just one of those things that happens also sometimes it didn't, I found out that you have to make sure you valves on both intake and exhaust are at spec that makes a big diffrence

Also i am about 3000 feet and i was running 155/160 and that was a little rich, that was before y dial-a-jet
