Squeaking (rubbing) on an '05 Bruin 350
I've got 250 miles on my kodiak and it's only getting worse. One thing for sure It will get fixed. I'm either getting it taken care of thru the warranty or I'll do it my self. If I got to fix it my self then It will be the last Yamaha for me. It been a awesome machine but I cant take the Squeakinggggg NOISE anymore.

The squeak is coming from a constant slight rub inthe front brake because the calipers are touching the disc. If you have damaged the bearings in the wheel or warped the disc then it will rub lik that. i did it on my raptor. it gets annoying. take off the actual brake assembly not the disc and check for any wobble in the tire. if so, either you forgot to tighten your lug nuts or your bearings are worn and shot. otherwise, the disc might be warped from riding it and it heated up and expanded or bent.
