2-stroke vs. 4-stroke will never end, that's what makes it fun when one beats the other, it's just a game

eatmyroost, i really wish you would research your stuff before you come on here talking about things you dont know sh*t about. A heavy rail with a ton of power wont do you any good if you cant get it to the ground. A long travel ANYTHING wont transfer power like a light drag bike. I wont go into details with you because you are obviously dont know crap.
EatMyRoost1. You are correct. We have had a guy with a rail turning 2.87's in 300' sand and as far as I know, no Banshee has came close to that. Maybe if he were able to "get it to the ground" he may be faster.

See my gallery for the pics.

Im gonna take a stab at it and say ZukZilla550's nas powered 550cc quadzilla is up there in the rankings as one of the fastest quads on here. I dont know all the details of the bike but ask him im pretty sure its fast. here's his page with a pic of it.

Ya know, a lot of energy around this topic, again and again and again......sheesh. I always say, if your stuff is the best, just prove it. That's all, no hype, no arguing, no insulting and no chest thumping (ok, maybe a little chest thumping-gotta be proud of your ride after all), just put THE PROOF out there for all to see. There are some very knowledgable folks out there when it comes to how fast you are. Dabeach, you are one of them for obvious reasons, your ride rocks. But honestly, what records do you actually hold? No, this is not an shot at ya-really, I seriously respect your creations, they are truly impressive. But, regarding the fastest ATV's out there, well, I've got some bad news for ya. The current World Land Speed record for an ATV is held by a 4-STROKE Suzuki from Australia! Three U.S. built Banshees attempted to beat it this past year and they all blew up at a little over the 100mph mark. And that record was unoffically broken last month at a deserted airport in the Northwest and the documented speed data is under review by the governing bodies for acceptance as the new world land speed record. It was also another four stroke, a incredibly modified RAPTOR! These guys may not be on the forum, but then again, maybe they are. The point is, they ARE the fastest ATV's in the world and they have Guinness to prove it.

There are banshee's at my local 1/8th mile asphalt strip that run over 100mph. If they were allowed to run a full quarter mile, I'm sure they'd break 120. I really don't know what the hell your talkin about.

When you thumper guys start throwing streetbike equipped quads into the equation and we are still talking banshee motors, it really cracks me up. Notice how we haven't even mentioned anything about snowmobile engine equipped quads. Believe me, they are much lighter than any busa motor, and they can be built to make more power than any busa motor. Hell there are turbo 350 banshee's making over 150hp. Can you imagine what a 750 triple snowmobile engine is capable of? Just something to think about.

DaBeechMan said NO 4-stroke will beat him.

I've seen turbo busa's dyno at over 600HP.
