Spincycle, ow....that hurts. Crazy?!?! I always considered myself slightly bent.

TLW6981, thanks for the Vid kudos. It's actually dated and ALBA needs to update the vid with the latest ones that show the rocket at 4X the thrust and nearly pulling me off the thing. Watch in a couple months in Dirt Wheels and you should the rocket at full throttle in a article they did.
But, hey, this string isn't about crazy middle aged guys trying to blow themselves up. I tip my helmet to the guys like Beech, Sandragon and Rhoadsters for developing serious horsepower the old fashioned way. Granted, my Rappie is fast, but even with the supercharger, NOS and all the engine build-ups, it's still just a fast Raptor. BUT.... I would venture to bet I could say I have the fastest Raptor out there..............................(Oh man, I am cringing for the pasteing I am about to get for claiming that from everyone from LRD to Sparks)

So, back to the real original question......who is the fastest??????

Beech, I like ya man, but I gotta pick on ya...........according to the ASDA site, the past few Nationals in the open ATV class was won by a thumper everytime....................things that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

afterburner.... Nice job! Very cool to see guys trying other means of getting across the finish line first. What speeds/ET's are we talking about with the 400lb. thrust? Will the 2000lb thrust rocket be used in unison with the Raptor motor? That will be crazy to ride. Keep up the good work!

200hp out of a 580cc twin is impressive! What cylinders and crank are you running?

Yeah, the first firing was embaressing. How'd you hear about that? We blew the casing on the first motor, which was a pure solid fuel motor. The new engine, still being built, is capable of 2k and not sure who will test ride it (I'm a little nervous). It will be mounted without the aid of a combustion engine. It won't need one to help propel itself, like my JATO. To answer the other question, I've easily hit and held 100+mph, but my ET's are inconsistent. In fact, other than exhibition runs, I won't drag race with it. My Rappie still pulls hi 4's without it on a good run in 300 feet, but let's face it, that ain't nothing compared to a fast Shee. But, I would go head to head with anyone for a hi-speed top end desert run. Bring fresh underwear. lol.

Ill test ride it for you! lol. My craptor motor is still in the garage and im trying to get parts... im gonna have a hard time getting it back together and with my job, the parts i want will take a while to get lol. I did a search on your name after seeing the movie to see if i could find more pics and it also pulled up a write up about the test firing lol. You should drag it on the 1/2 mile drag strip if it is allowed... would be funny to blow a car out of the water with that thing =P

HAPPY THANKSGIVING
