Since I wrote that, I have talked to the 9-1-1 people, 2 cops were dispatched to the call, 9-1-1 was on the phone with a guy that was following the thieves, so the cops knew exactly where the theves were, why they didn't put their lights on and go after the guys I'll never know.
Thanks for posting this speedy, it was posted in the Bomb forum a while ago, but I am sure there are people over here that did not see it.
