We put new seals on the front differential on the 94 Kodiak and now its leaking. WTF? Why would it do this? Is there something special we didn't do?

 

Im assuming they are the correct seals, and put in, right side out, and not bent, and diff isnt overfilled.
Does the rubber part of the seal fit the shafts snugly, or is the shaft worn down, so there isnt a good seal?
