Getting the number takes a few days after you pay for the ATVA card. I called everyday after about 4 days and finally got the # then called pro armor on the spot and ordered the bumper. If you have an AMA card i'd try that first since ATVA is actually a part of AMA. ( i wish i would of tried it might of saved me $35.00) But anyway thats the deal. As far as actually being a racer just say you are if you aren't . I race but they didn't ask for anyway to prove it just wanted the ATVA #.
