Yes if you pass your belt intake your belt case will flood, and it wont go anywhere.

It just depends how much gets inside, sometimes you will still be able to crawl out of the water but other times you wont.

If you're worried about water getting in, rig up snorkles for your intakes, they don't have to be huge just higher then the water you plan on playing in.

it does need to breath

if you do get it wet (you will know because it will be slipping) dont try to make it go,,,,,you will only cook a hole into your belt

if it gets wet,,,all that needs to happen is for the cover to come off,,,and the belt to dry out

If you are out in the woods there is a drain plug on the right side of the belft housing. Just pull it out and rev the motor a little bit. This will drain the water and make it run again. When you get home, pull off the right side footrest and pull off cover to belt. Let belt air dry and it will be fine. Snorkling is the answer if you run in alot of water or high water. The intake is in the front under the rack and the exhaust is right behind the rear light. It is a black piece of plastic that is wide open for water to get it. DO NOT BLOCK IT OFF!!!!! It will burn up a belt
