Sometimes when it gets pretty cold the air tends to thin out and thus affects your jetting.
That might not be it but its the first thing i can think of.

I have a 2001 Raptor, and a 2000 Warrior. I ride in temps ranging from 20, or so to around 100 degrees, and i have never had to mess with the jetting. Make sure you have good fuel, clean air filter and a fresh spark plug.

Could be the floats. Somehow they can get out of adjustment without even touching them.

Could be dirt and crap causing the floats not to sit right. I would clean it first, and then go from there.
