Grizzly 660 Performance upgrades know of any?

I've got a 2003 Grizzly 660, with intake(k&n) and Exhuast(procircut t4).
That's find and all, but I need more. My buddy has a KVF700 stock, and still smokes me. I need to get some help and leave him in my dust trail. Looking for computer chips, different belt setups, anything to help.

yeah i was at the top of 4th gear racing my friend banshee through some trails, i was in the lead when i came around a blind corner and hit a set of mean whoops. I burried the front of the bike, i flipped over it and then it landed on me. I need to get better headlights if i want to race at night.

Ckeck out my signature. I have the EPI clutch kit. They make the highlifter outlaw kit and it will give you alot more low end. He may still beat you on the top end, but you will smoke him where it counts, coming out of turns and in the mud. I am going to buy the procom cdi and then install lighter clutch weights. I never get to the rev limiter at 66 mph. The lighter clutch weights would get me to the limiter, but then I would loose a few mph on the top end. With the cdi box I would get it back because of the extra 1000 rpm. I don't really want to go any faster than 70 mph. The stock shafts can hold up to pretty incredible torque, they just don't like to be snaped back and forth by running the tires too fast in the mud. When one tire catches something solid, it stops, and the rest act as a fly wheel and break the shaft. Keep the wheels spinning just fast enough to maintain momentum. I can stand my griz on it back wheels in high without any help at all.
I would look at modifying the airbox lid like I did. Wow, what a difference. I went from a 155dyno jet to a 175 dj. Huge difference in power, without major engine work. I have 12 uni vents in the lid. I wouldn't use them if you do alot of major mudding. Once I am done with these mods, I will look forward to running it with a brute force and see how it will do.
Definitely get a dyno jet kit also. Alot of people rip on them because of the price, but it is really awesome. If you mod your air box you will need to order a few extra jets. They are easy to buy from dyno jet directly by phone for $2 a piece. The needle taper is more aggresive and it cools the mid range a little. I was really impressed with just the kit, but who wants to stop there.

you an go with a piston/cam setup, like many have done. you can use the exhaust, jetting, and k&n like you have. i would definetly open up the airbox, and add a larger jet. make sure you know how to dial her in though. for some reason, i dont trust most shops with doing that. they rush too much, for turnover. you need to make sure its running at peak performance to get gains with a jet kit. procom makes a cdi box for the grizzly, 2 types. 1 for engine buildup, and 1 for exhaust, jetting, so on. a clutch kit helps wonders with takeoff, but hurts on topend. keep the tires at 25 inch, and throw in a clutch kit. you'll wheely in high all day long.
now, if you want quick, easy power, you can enilate your buddy with, get NOS!!! they sell kits for the grizzly, with up to 12 hp boost. i know a few men who have a 10:1 piston, cam, cdi, clutch kit, and of corse, gorilla axles, and can outrun stock raptors. of corse, there at about 5 grand in work.
its all about the greenbacks, aint it, lol.
