Riding Boots

Yeah i remember when i first got mine, i came home and put them on to walk around in the house, i felt like a retart. But once they break in you'll find your foot naturally sits in the right position to shift.

I bought the Fox Forma Pro's for $220. I love them I didnt know what I was missing until I started riding with those things on my feet. They are comfortable and I feel alot safer than when I was riding in my old combat boots.

I don't know what it is, but Riding with Riding boots feels alot better. I used to always just ride in a pair of old shoes, and shifting was always easy and no problems. Then after I got my 250r, the Pipe was so close to my leg, I figure I better try a pair of themm so I wouldn't get badly burnt(Later tho, I rode with shorts on. Accidently leaned to far and got a big 3rd degree burn on the side of my leg, left a big scare, but least it don't hurt anymore.). It was weird shifting at first (mine we're already broken in too, they we're my brothers). I eventually got used to it. Now it's so weird not riding with them. They are awesome. You can walk in puddles any size, and your feet always stay dry. And, it protects your ankle alot. My friend ran over his ankle one time accidently slipping off peg. He was wearing shoes and he said if he had been wearing riding boots, he would have not gotten hurt.
I wear Gaerne riding boots. They are awesome! Only problem I have had is I lost 2 straps (same one on each boot) but they still fit tight and good, and don't let any water in at all.
