Hi all..i have the 04 raptor with the full yosh comp pipe with dynojet jetting and the k&n along with 2 drilled holes on the lid and no snorkel. how many turns out should i have the fuel mix screw?? dynojet says 3 and yosh says 1.5..just want some opinions on what u guys have the screw turned out to with somewhat same mod as me thks

 

if the pilots are stock,,,you will be out in the 3 area

i basicly have the same setup as you

im 3 turns out,,,,and still popping too hard on the decelerations

im going up to a 25 on the pilot,,,we'll see how it does

if you cant get it done in 3 turns,,,,you will need to up the pilots

thks guys for the info...well i bought the power up kit which came with the filter and dynojet jets...i dont think it came with pilot jets just the main jets. do u guys recommend me changing the pilot or just use the stock? will it make a BIG difference? on the screw..i turned it 3 out and it was backfiring real bad..so im going to try 1.5 and go from there. also its so hard to reach in for the screw ..what do u guys use to turn the screw or is there an easier way to access it..thks guys

 

to access the screw you can buy a specific screw driver that has a 90 degree angle in it........it is quite a pain

you will have to see if you even need a larger pilot,,,,,,,,start at 2 1/4 and work out

 

Check out my signature for the jetting on my Raptor........It has taken alot of time with Tear downs....RE-jet.....RE-assembly....but i'm real sure it is close to SPOT-ON [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
